It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. McNeil (Pittston, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Modlesky and Dolores Keating Modlesky; and her brother Edward. She is survived by : her son Thomas J. McNeil (Stephanie); and her siblings, Mark Modlesky (Sandra), Colleen Coleman (William) and Rosemary Cegelka.
