He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pahl and Anne Stratton Pahl Bell; and his stepfather William Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Brogna (Alex), Cathleen Schmonsees (Kevin) of Wilmington, NC and Cara Green (Michael); his grandchildren, Tony Saitta, Grace Schmonsees, Ali Brogna, Morgan Schmonsees, Anderson Green and Austin Schmonsees; his wife Elaine Lucarella Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Lucarella (Julie), Anna Marie Sernak (James) and Suzanne Bratlee (Ross). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations, if desired, may be made to local charities of individual choice in Bill's name.
