He was predeceased by: his parents, Aletha Wetzel (Karns) and David Clair Wetzel; his wife Doris J. Kell; and his siblings, Robert, Marlin, Jean Finkenbinder and Dorothy Lamason.
He is survived by: his children, Lillie Foster of Carlisle, Roy Wetzel of Carlisle, John Wetzel (Shelley) of Carlisle and Susan Russell (Roger) of Newville; and his siblings, Kenneth Wetzel and Margie Haas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
