Anne T. Gerrity Obituary
We bid farewell to Anne T. Gerrity of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 13, 2025 at the age of 80. Anne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Juzwiak and Ann Juzwiak (Bucknavage); her husband Martin; her children, Colleen DeSchamp (Greg) of Brownsville, VT, Kevin Gerrity of Muncie, IN and Brian Gerrity of Plains, PA; her brother Mark Juzwiak (Karen) of Marana, AZ; her grandchildren, Dylan, Sarah DeSchamp, Brady Gerrity, Genevieve Comitz of Melbourne, FL, Sally Maxwell (Mitchell) of Plains, PA, Connie Gerrity of Wysox, PA and Peter Sladin of Wilkes-Barre, PA; and her caregivers, Anne, Joan, Karla and Dawn. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Church (42 Redwood Dr, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peter and Paul Parish (42 Redwood Dr, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A committal service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (1594 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706).
