Cecelia (Silvi) Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia (Silvi) Phillips of Plains Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sesto Silvi and Lottie Silvi (Benczkowski); her husband Ronald N. Phillips; her son-in-law Charles "Charlie I" Infantino; and her brother John "Cy" Silvi.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Phillips (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Noreen Infantino, Tiffany Phillips (Michael Grady), Tara Phillips and Courtney Phillips; and her great grandchild Parker Grady. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and her honorary family.
