He is survived by: his stepchildren, Concetta Rygielski (Thomas) of Plains, PA, James Saia of Los Angeles, CA and Jon Saia (Sharon) of Columbus, OH.; and his siblings, Richard Belmont of Chase, PA and Margaret Pay of Vacaville, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
