He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Yozwiak and Veronica Yozwiak (Kosierowski); and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Victoria, Adam (Abby) and Benjamin; his grandson Levi; his brother Larry (Donna); his sister-in-law Christine Yozwiak; his nephew Nathan (Jasmine); his nieces, Andrea, Ali Chupa (Tony), Tracy Eslinger (Dan) and Lisa Yozwiak; and also Susan (Sepela).
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be given to our local farms: Larry O'Malia Farms and Greenhouses or Golomb Greenhouse, both located in Plains Township.
