He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome "Jerry" Maxwell and Ruth Phillips Maxwell; and his brothers, Thomas and Keith Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Sally Gerrity Maxwell; his siblings, Kenneth Maxwell and Mary Ann "Molly" Gentile (Barry); and his brothers-in-law, Marty Gerrity and Peter Sladin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
