He was predeceased by : his parents, Adam Kuczynski and Albina Kuczynski (Niznik). He is survived by : his wife Marsha Kuczynski (Skordensky); his children, Tanya (Gary Kohler) of Taylor and Richard J. Kuczynski, Jr.; his granddaughter Emily of New York; and his brother Jerome Kuczynski of Swoyersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
