He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Benczkowski and Mary Nowak Benczkowski; his wife Rita; his daughter-in-law Carol Benczkowski (Runscavage); and his siblings, Joseph, Frank, Lottie Silvi, Isabelle Neishell, Johanna Kalinosky, Helen Rinkevich and Clara Benczkowski.
He is survived by: his son Stanley III; his daughter-in-law Susie Rothwell of Bear Creek; his children, Raymond (Susan) of Kingston, Rita Louise Benczkowski of Plains, Ramona Mazur (Ron) of Hudson and Sharon Sankus (Edward) of Laflin; his grandchildren, Aimee, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Amanda, Jessica, Edward, Zachary, Rachel, Abigail and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Max, Daniel, Lincoln and August; and his sisters, Marie Sperazza of Pittston and Felicia Bellanco (Sam) of Hughestown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
