He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Porter and Ernestine Porter (Spencer); and his stepson Michael Allison. He is survived by: his wife Sue Porter; his children, Billi Jo Porter, Jennifer Prowse (Ed), Joseph Allison, Sherry Kizina (Brad) and James Porter; and his sister Joyce Koch. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck's honor to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
