With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Edith Johnstonbaugh of Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd T. Shawley and Hazel Ellen Shawley (Zonge); her former husband Wilbur J. Bloom, Jr.; her spouse Glenn H. Johnstonbaugh; her siblings, Lois Young and Lloyd T. Shawley, Jr.; her stepson Ronald Johnstonbaugh; her grandson Joshua Lawrence; and her daughter-in-law Stearlyn Bloom.
She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Bloom of Bennettsville, SC, Cathy A. Guzik (William) of Centre Hall, PA and Cindy Lawrence (Tom) of Atlanta, GA; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hoover (Mike) of Tyrone, PA, Matthew Monsell (Amber) of Bellefonte, PA, Matthew Lawrence of Atlanta, GA, Andrew Lawrence of Atlanta, GA, Aaron Guzik (Marissa) of Colorado and Lauren Disciascio (Jimmy) of Florida. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
