We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 88, Barbara Ellen Carnes of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick L. Lovell and Helen Lovell (McAllister); and her husband Thomas Arthur Carnes. She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy Carnes, Ellen Marchilena (Frank), Jane Smith (Craig) and Laura Dzubinski (Dennis); her grandchildren, Lauren Bauman (Brad), Branden Smith, Dennis Dzubinski (Amber), Mary Brehm (Mark), Annie Winters (Brent), Cassie, Shelby, Tave, Belle, Ben and Jeremiah Dzubinski; and her great grandchildren, Sloan, Georgia, Coleman Stewart, Logan, Eli, Lena, Stella Dzubinski, Nora, Darla and Beau Brehm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, 199 Old Clairton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
