John E. Cmar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2025, at the age of 70, John E. Cmar of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though John has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Suzanne "Suzie" Burns Cmar; his child Casey Antolik (Jason) of Penn Hills; his grandchild Jaycie Antolik; and his aunt Iome Havrilla.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home (1701 PA-51, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in John's name to Redeemer Lutheran School (Tuition Assistance for Jaycie Antolik), 700 Idaho Avenue, Verona, PA 15147.
