He is survived by: his children, Lori Duke-Brock (Jamie Kemp), Michael Duke (Wendy) and Susan Runyan; his grandchildren, Hunter Brock (Angela), Madison Duke, Cassidy Shappee (Jason), Nik Runyan and Logan Runyan; his great grandchildren, Mei Brock, Maize and Riley Shappee; and his brother Robert Duke (Joan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
