He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lewis and Dorothy Lewis (Green); and his siblings, Sally Eastwood, Russel Lewis, Arthur Lewis, Harry Lewis and David Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Ignatovich; his sons, Robert Lewis, Mark Lewis and Scott Lewis; and his sisters, Donna Lewis, Julie Lewis and Cathy Frederici. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
