She is survived by: her children, David Smith of Titusville and Tammy Shook of Pleasantville; her grandchildren, Sara Shook (Jerod) of Titusville, Diana Exeley (David) of Titusville and Brandon Shook; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Bentley and Bailyn Exeley.
