He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Belak and Martha Hall Belak; and his wife Maryann Barbara Partington. He is survived by: his sons, Brian M. Belak (Mary Szeliga) of Plymouth Twp and John Belak (Dara) of Hazleton; and his grandson Matthew J Belak.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home (530 W Main St, Plymouth, PA 18651). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Parish (66 Willow St, Plymouth, PA 18651).
