He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matthews and Mary Brozowski Matthews (Mamie); and his brother John. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie L. Matthews of Jenkins Twp; his stepchildren, Cyrus Matthews of Hackettstown, N. J. and Cassie (Jim Vomero) of State College, PA; his grandchildren, Brantley, Brenden, Ella and Gwen; and his aunt Phyllis Baron of Plymouth. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
Tom especially enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was active with many benefits and charity events including "The Valley with a Heart.".
