He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Dailey and Pauline Dailey (Dyson); his grandson Dylan Dailey; his sister Donna Taylor (William); and his nephew Michael Dailey.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann (Keenhold); his children, Keith Dailey, Sean Dailey (Amy), Dixie Costenbader and Lisa Kojeszewski (Jeffrey); his brother Richard C. Dailey; his grandchildren, Sean Dailey, Jr., Phill Costenbader, Jr., Dakota Costenbader and Mia Dailey; and his nephews, Patrick Dailey and Nicholas Dailey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tobyhanna United Methodist Church (538 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
