He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Anna Francis (Coyne). He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Traufield); his children, Kelly Ann Ramsden (Thomas), Charles Francis (Tara) and Bridgette Francis (Arthur Vallirio); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ramsden, Thomas Ramsden, Charles Francis, Quinn Francis and Daisy Vallirio.
