He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale M. Gapen and Helen Gapen (Kulha). He is survived by: his sisters, Roxanne Stillwagon of Masontown and Holly Bird (Joe Yurick) of Mapletown; and his nephews, Jason, Joshua, Justin Stillwagon, Travis and Andrew Bird.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be offered to the Mapletown United Methodist Church, 926 Mapletown Road, Greensboro, Pa. 15338.
