She is survived by : her children, Mark Victor (Cindy) of Masontown, WV, William Victor of South Carolina, Marquitte Wachter of Hagerstown, MD and Linda Victor of Bobtown; her grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney Victor, Jason Davis (Devon), Reid Wachter, Caitlin Nichols (Dylan) and Heather McSwain; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Dylan, Landon, Brian, Elijah, Elinore and Rhiannon; her children, Megan, Amanda and Nick; her brothers, James (Evelyn Hixenbaugh) and Donald (Paulette Hixenbaugh); her sister-in-law Louise Hixenbaugh of Uniondale, NY; and her siblings, Sam, Ronald, Richard Hixenbaugh, Shirley Juretic, Lois Laughery, Sylvia Mankins and Gladys Spacht.
