He is survived by: his children, Harold Glenn Brooks of Point Marion, Matthew Brooks of Point Marion, Brandon Brooks of Point Marion and Savannah Brooks of Point Marion; his grandchildren, Lydia, Ivan, Raylynn and Scarlette; and his brothers, Tim of Point Marion and Richie Brooks of Point Marion.
