Thomas, Jr. (Peggy) of Lake Lynn, PA and Nancy Fordyce (Blaine Sr.) of Smithfield, PA; her nieces and nephews, Blaine, Jr., James "Chad", Dustin M., Shauna, Kelly and Melanie; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Jeremy, Layne, Megan, Amanda, Hannah and Kara.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Geneva Baptist Church (10 Front St, New Geneva, PA 15467). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
