David M. Woodworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David M. Woodworth of Polk, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David M. Woodworth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Woodworth and Mary Woodworth (Moffet); and his siblings, Bob, Patrick Woodworth, Linda Schwabenbauer, Chris Penglase and Martha Jane Woodworth.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Marie Woodworth of Erie, Daniel Woodworth of South Fork, PA and Rachel Bickel (Gary) of Seneca; his grandchildren, Kevin J. Boudreaux Jr., Stephanie S. Boudreaux, Dakota S. Wolff, Raeleigh Bickel and Micah Bickel; his great grandchildren, Emily Rose Boudreaux and Nala Boudreaux; and his siblings, Clifford Woodworth Jr., Melanie Weaver (John) and Jim Woodworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Seneca Evangelical Congregational Church (2844 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346).
