It is with sadness that the passing of Dolores R. Horn of Polk, Pennsylvania is shared. Dolores, born on January 10, 1936, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Flores and Florence Flores (DiSantis); and her husband Joseph A. Horn Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Retired Rear Admiral Joseph A., Mary Ellen Horn-Cameron (Jeffrey) of Brigantine, NJ, Michael D. Horn of Kunkletown and James E. Horn (Donna) of Charlottesville, VA.; her grandchildren, Michael II (Nikki), Kerri (Teddy), Monica (Armand), Stephanie (Patrick), Matthew (Stephanie), Melissa (Tim), Kevin (Abigail) and Thomas (Marifer); and her great grandchildren, Michael III, Zakary, Bailey, Austin, Keith, Penelope, Reagan, Amelia and August.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace (1402 US-209, Brodheadsville, PA 18322). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
