She is survived by: her children, Nancy Letonek (Marshall) and Jerry Hetzler; her grandchildren, Ryan Hetzler, Tiea Hetzler, Angie Oberman (Matthew), Regina Letonek, Jon Letonek (Jenn) and Trisha Martin (John); her siblings, Clyde VanCise, Beatrice Potts and Mary Ellen Girty; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Hetzler. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and life long friends.
