She was predeceased by : her parents, Wesley Green and Pauline Green (Mackes); and her siblings, Paula George and Gilbert Green. She is survived by : her husband David M. "Chub" Serfass; her children, Tammy Van Buskirk (Bill) of Kunkletown, Michelle Sheckler (Bryan) of Kunkletown and David W. Serfass (Lauralee) of Kunkletown; and her siblings, Dorothy Mendez of Palmerton, PA, Lee "Pinky" Green of Ashfield, PA, Randy Green (Jennifer) of Palmerton, PA and Roxanne Stroup of Lehighton, PA. She is also survived by many nieces an nephews.
