He was predeceased by : his parents, Orlo Robbins and Ruth Sheppard Robbins; his son Tim Robbins; his stepchildren, Keith Lathrop and Julie A. Lathrop; and his sisters, Erla Herzog, Betty Sampson and Bernice Polk.

He is survived by : his spouse Doris M. Austin; his sons, Thom Robbins (Diane) of Delaware, Ted Robbins (Sally) of Delaware and Todd Robbins of Delaware; and his stepchildren, Cheryl D. Lathrop of Port Allegany and Rich Lathrop (Melissa) of Milford, DE. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.
