He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Loughney, Sr. and Emily Krall Loughney. He is survived by: his wife Mary McHale Loughney; his children, Gary Loughney, Jr. (D. C.) and Jennifer Loughney; his siblings, Donald Loughney, Jr. (Geri) and Joyce Brong (Karl); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Wurm and Ann Holland (Mike) of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Care and Concern Ministries at St. John the Evangelist Church.
