He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Harvey Johnstonbaugh and Anna Margaret Johnstonbaugh (Behrer); and his siblings, Glenn Johnstonbaugh, Jr., Jane Moyer and Anna Mary Johnstonbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Carol Johnstonbaugh (Moerschbacher); his daughters, Mary Johnstonbaugh of State College and Amy Frantz (Denny) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Andrew Frantz of Bellefonte and Kayle Jo McCloskey (Dylan) of Bellefonte; and his sisters, Patricia Kidder (Robert) of Lemont, Lois Martz (John) of Centre Hall and Bonnie Kustanbauter (James) of Bellefonte.
