She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn L. Depew and Millie Depew (Snyder). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey D. Pontius; her daughters, Beth Hanley (Scott) and Melissa Gigliotti (Dino); her grandchildren, Liam Hanley and Lilah Hanley; her stepgrandson Aaron Gigliotti; her siblings, Patty Willit (Jeff) and Jim Depew (Kathleen); and her siblings' children, Brandon Willit, Laura Medina, Mark Willit, Claire Shaffer, Andrew Depew and Elizabeth Slaughter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Guss Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S 3rd St, Mifflintown, PA 17059). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Port Royal Lutheran Church (402 Market St, Port Royal, PA 17082).
