She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Burns and Dorothy E. Burns (Welshonse); her brother Robert C. Burns; and her daughter-in-law Carol Smith. She is survived by: her husband Larry A. Smith; her son Bryan Smith; and her granddaughter Paige Smith (Preston Smith).
