She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Newton Leonard and Dorothy Mae Leonard Wileman (Swartz); her husband Ronald Franklin Smith; her daughter Candace "Candy" Renee Bond; and her brother Ray Larry Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Lynn Bowersox (Michael) of Port Royal and Ronald Scott Smith of McAlisterville; her siblings, Thomas "Sonny" Leonard of Mifflintown, Madge Fisher (Levi) of Mifflintown and Elsie Reigle (Gary) of Center; her grandchildren, Bridget Rapp (Lewis), Emily Shirley, Breanna Waltaire (Esaie), Micah Harbst (Megan), Chase Smith, Collin Smith, Elizabeth Bentz, Hali Homer, Gabriel Clay and Jordan Bond (Danelle Tassa); her stepgrandsons, Nathaniel Bowersox and Justin Bowersox (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Toby, Troy Rapp, Greyson Shirley, Alex, Jacob Williamson, Isaiah, Hannah, Rebecca Waltaire, Kinsey, Rachel Harbst, Atreus Bond and Myelyn Bowersox.
