It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary R. McLaughlin of Port Royal, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hockenberry and Goldie Hockenberry (Arentz); her husband Charles S. "Charlie" McLaughlin; her brothers, Earl "Erk" Hockenberry, Jr. (Beverly) and Charles Hockenberry (Betty); and her brother-in-law Benjamin Boone.
She is survived by: her son Roger Hockenberry; and her siblings, Thomas Hockenberry (Rose), Tony Hockenberry (Ruth), Brenda Boone and Jean Baney (Bill). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery North Street.
