She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kutchak and Margaret Spernock Kutchak; her husband John Robert Yablonsky; and her siblings, Lorraine, Geraldine Dankovich and Duane J. Kutchak.

She is survived by : her goddaughter Lynda Kutchak (Vance). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
