He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Block and Elizabeth Block (Ankeny); and his siblings, Myles, Venetta, Martin, Henry and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gricks; his children, Clyde A. Jr. (Jessica) of Windber, Ruth Hughes (Patrick) of Waynesboro and Michael P. Block of South Fork; his grandchildren, Timothy, Amy, Alyssa of Clyde, III., Calvin, Megan, Michael, Jr., Jenna and John; and his siblings, Francis, Joseph and Kay Ohler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jean H. Kinley Funeral Home (630 Cedar St, Beaverdale, PA 15921). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
