We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2025, at the age of 76, Steven R. Black of Portage, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Black and Geraldine M. Black (Rodgers). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Counsman of Flinton, PA; his brother Scott Black (Diane) of Sinnemahoning, PA; his in-laws, Jim Counsman (Valerie) of Valparaiso, FL and Debra Counsman (Rod Tweet) of Brandon, FL.; his sibling's children, John, Eric, Hazar and Courtney Counsman; and his uncle Earl Black.
