She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Smitty"; her parents, Helen Hajduk (Smithtro) and John "Yaka" Hajduk; her siblings, John W. "Butch", Darlene M. Hajduk (Bulich), MaryAnn Kost (Hajduk), Joan Hajduk, James Dolan, Margie (Hajduk), Joseph "Jim" Medvesky, Felicia (Hajduk) and David McAdams; and her siblings' children, James, John Dolan, Paula Jean and Joan Marie Gamulka.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Michael Kost. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and all of her dear friends.
