Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart R. Schaffer, Jr. of Pottstown; her parents, Raymond Gehris and Anna Gehris (Cleaver); her son Mark A. Schaeffer; and her stepfather Edgar Sheffy.
She is survived by: her children, Ray S. Schaeffer and Denise Schaeffer of Bridgeport, PA; and her brother Raymond Leroy Gehris. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
