She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harvey Smith and Mary Smith (Yohn); her daughter Tracey Mentzer (Ted); her granddaughter Jennifer Bowen (Mark); and her great grandchild Miles Bowen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Line Animal Rescue (1149 Pike Springs Rd, Chester Springs, PA 19425) in Carol's name.
