In the sacred silence of farewell, Diane is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Diane's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her son John Joseph Meade, III; and her sisters, Teresa Cocci, Marie Liberatori, Isabelle Wanner and Shirley Muscatello.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy A. Meade (Suzette Bock) and Laurie B. Meade; and her grandchildren, Sierra, Ethan, Aidan, Isabelle and Tasha.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (223 Beech St, Pottstown, PA 19464). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
