She was predeceased by: her spouses, Gerald W. Dames, Sr. of North Evans Street and Pottstown; her parents, Oscar Dampman and Clara Dampman (Hawk); her brothers, William (Phyllis), Harry (Emma) and Clair Dampman (Janet); and her niece Sandy Dampman Schaeffer (Gary).
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald W. Dames, Jr. (Jean) and Robert A. Dames; her grandchildren, Robert A. Dames, Jr., Keith A. Dames and Valerie Dames Baccash (Nick); her great grandchildren, Nicholas Baccash, Martin Baccash, Dorothy Dames and Aaron Alan Dames; and her nieces and nephews, William Dampmen, Jr., Donna Dampman Pavelick Barthel, Chris Dampman Lynch, Debra Dampman Chadwell and Edward Dampman. She is also survived by sons, spoil her grandchildren, support her husband.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home (359 King St, Pottstown, PA 19464). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (701 Farmington Ave, Pottstown, PA 19464).
