She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Macy; her parents, William A. Stemmer and Viola Stemmer (Daugherty); her sister Eileen Calhoun; and her grandsons, Daniel Macy and Jason Plattner.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Gross (Gary), Bob Macy (Dee), Brad Macy (Felicia), Betsy Loffredo (Vince) and Chris Macy (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Stephen, Alyssa, Jackie, David, Tara, Andrew, Colin, Will, Ed, Matt, Eric, Natalie, Justin, Marissa and Tiavin. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkill R. C. Church (200 Indian Spring Rd, Boyertown, PA 19512). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Aloysius Cemetery (800 Buchert Rd, Pottstown, PA 19464).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ellen's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
