He is survived by: his wife Freda Perez (Linderman); his daughters, Angelica Maria Richard and Abigail Marie Perez; his stepdaughters, Dawn Schoffler and Peggy Elgogary; his siblings, Virginia Paez, Louis Perez, Richard Perez and Edward Perez; his grandsons, Dominic Michael Richard, Ethan Gabriel Richard and Spencer Jonah Szafranski; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Wilkinson, Aviance Little, Alan SchofflerJr and Ashley Nicole Deesing. He is also survived by six step-great grandchildren.
