It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J Lipko (Pottstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Lipko and Rosalie Lipko (Olock); his son Robert Covatta, Jr.; and his grandson Nathan Mowrer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lipko (Kane); his sister Joanne Marcheskie (Lipko); his children, Joseph J. Lipko, Jr. (Chris), Trisha Mowrer (James), John Covatta (Lori) and Michelle Moreno (Jose); his grandchildren, Ashley Lipko, Daniel Mowrer, Sean Covatta, Adam Covatta, Casey Covatta, Alyssa Moreno, Shannon Moreno and Christian Moreno; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Marceline, Miley and Riley.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (2101 Pottstown Pike, Pottstown, PA 19465). A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM.
