He was predeceased by: his brother James Vincent Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Andrea Torok, Michael Phillips and Lucy Anne Phillips.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. David RC Church (316 Easton Rd, Willow Grove, PA 19090). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Cheltenham, Montgomery 19038).
