It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ranieri of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Lisa, Kimberly (Max) and Jonathan (Allison); his grandchildren, Logan and Hattie; his siblings, Joanne (John) and Ron; and his brother-in-law Timothy (Sally). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coventry Church of the Brethren (946 Keen Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Coventryville Cemetery.
