She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Cook and Shirley A. Rados (Briel); and her siblings, Keith A. Moyer and Chantel Cook. She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Kutsch of Pottstown; her children, Derek Shane Moyer (Diana), Samantha Lynn Kutsch and Mallory Jeane Moyer; her grandchildren, Xander, Talyce, Precaious, Peyton, Xavier, Dominic, David, Lillian, Delancy, Laree, Olyvia, Sebastian (Michael) and Jose; and her brother Donald W. Cook Jr. (Holly) of Hopewell, VA..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory (359 King St, Pottstown, PA 19464).
